The event evaluation will be conducted electronically via an email you will receive after the event.

Attendance certificates will be sent electronically after the event, along with the evaluation.

• Avoiding non-recyclable and single-use items at the venue

Safety is at the core of the SAFETY GALA. We implement a comprehensive set of protective measures to safeguard the physical and psychological well-being of all participants, staff, and the wider community. These include careful planning including proactive risk assessment and management, clear emergency protocols, full accessibility, high standards of hygiene, first aid preparedness, and the encouragement of responsible conduct throughout the event.

Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and caring environment—one that prioritizes prevention, readiness, and respect, allowing everyone to engage with confidence and peace of mind.

Free parking is provided in the short-term parking areas P1/P2 at Athens International Airport.
Registered participants will receive detailed information in the final email before the event.

To attend the event, participants must present their electronic badge with the QR Code they will receive via email one day before the event starts.

Speakers are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the allocated presentation time communicated to them.

Live event activities will be available in the event area. We encourage you to visit them.
